10 Years Leed AP: Mario Pinoli & Giuseppe Zaffino
10 years ago, abbiamo ottenuto l’accreditamento LEED AP BD+C. C’era ancora il LEED V2.2 ed era appena on line il LEED V3. Tra i primi in Italia abbiamo creduto nel LEED, nella sostenibilità integrata all’edilizia, dai magroni alle coperture, dal Leed On Line alle Design and Construction Review.
Antesignani, hungry and foolish, ci siamo addentrati e abbiamo progressivamente conquistato i Green Building District di Porta Nuova , City Life e Cordusio, per sviluppare Greenwich, i suoi 200 progetti LEED and BREEAM ed ora quelli WELL. Per la Città Olimpica del 2026!
