Greenwich has drawn up and adopted a Code of Ethics that sets out the Company’s founding values and the principles that guide its strategic choices and all those who work with it and for it.

Precisely with a view to ethics and transparency, Greenwich has also adopted a specific Anticorruption Policy for the prevention and combating of possible corruption events, in line with the UN Global Compact principles and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Greenwich, fulfilling its obligations under the (EU) Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree 24/2023, has also regulated and implemented a system for reporting wrongdoing (so-called Whistleblowing) by preparing, also in this case, a Whistleblowing Policy and activating a Platform for the digitalised submission and management of the procedure.
